Breakfast-2/21/2006

Rice bar and a banana, mocha madness.
Tough time eating. *sigh* the nausea is not fun!

Weigh-in 2/20/2006

I have now completed 2 hours of Callanetics and been pretty religious about the WATP videos. I can already see spots where I have started to lose some of the fat. I lost 2 pounds last week, for a total of 9 this year. I am down to 203, my lowest since who knows when, LOL!!

I just have to keep it up! I have been pretty nauseous and having a tough time getting food in, so I am struggling now to eat ENOUGH calories. Go figure, LOL!

Day after first hour of callanetics

Just putting down my *morning after* aches and pains, LOL!!!
  • Triceps ache, but in a good way
  • hip flexors....doesn't help I am wearing heels, LOL
  • neck hurts--I will have to try to remember to support my neck with a pillow or my arms
  • I am happy that my back doesn't hurt!!

I plan on doing my yoga today to stretch out the poor aching muscles!

Meals/journal for 2/13/06

Breakfast:
1 Envirokids Rice Bar
1 Dannon Activia yogurt, blueberry, with peaches and almonds
Mocha Madness from Honey Dew with cream and 2 splenda

Lunch:
Mac and cheese

Snack:
Pears

Dinner:
Mac and cheese

Okay, so today wasn't great, but the mac and cheese was low-fat, and AF came today, so I was craving comfort food. I stayed within calorie range, and exercised well. I was fairly tired today, and had to take an Ultracet. The neck pain is still pretty bad and keeps causing migraines. Off to bed now!

WATP: Miracle Mile

I only did the short video today, as I also did my Callanetics. I bought 3 Walk Away the Pounds videos: Miracle Mile, 2 Mile walk, and the 4 Mile Weight Loss Walk. I will wait to see how I feel tomorrow, and I will either do the Miracle Mile or the 2 mile walk. I don't think I have enough endurance for the 4 Mile one yet.

Day one--Callanetics

Today was hour ONE of the callanetics video. I couldn't do 100 on each exercise, but I will work up to that. The muscles did hurt while doing the exercises, and I felt like jello when I was through. I will stretch again before bed to help ease the soreness in the morning. Let's hope it works!
